Georges Delerue's World Premiere..!

First world of Georges Delerue.. !
30 Mar-2011 - in the 1990s, Cyril Durand-Roger and Laurent Lafarge has contributed to the music box: film on listening, a French magazine devoted to bands sound film and intended for lovers of film music. At the top of record criticism, they interviewed film composers and directors, such as Philippe Sarde, Lalo Schifrin, Vladimir Cosma, Gabriel Yared, Claude Sautet, Luc Besson, Alexandre Arcady, and so forth.
More wise to this experience, they accelerated rhythm, creating a French label devoted exclusively to soundtracks: MUSIC BOX RECORDS. Its objective is to promote film music, producing original soundtracks in the full versions. Each CD will be produced in limited edition, in a spirit of collection.
The label is proud to announce for the first time available on CD, the first World 2 scores of Georges Delerue complete: The Incorrigible (The Incorrigible), directed by Philippe de Broca (1975) set more than one hour of music.
The partitions written for films of Philippe de Broca, whose qualities were long unknown to lovers of cinema and even fans of the music of Georges Delerue, always oscillate between irony and tenderness.
The score of the Incorrigible is lightweight, always ironic, never redundant with the image. Music for small Orchestra takes sometimes tones of a police officer, sometimes Andalusian, sometimes picturesque film.
The music of Va see MOM, Dad working contains a romantic feature "modal color" of the work of Georges Delerue during the same period. This score is enriched with several pieces of "pop-rock", which refers to what Georges Garvarentz, Michel Magne, Michel Colombier
or Francois de Roubaix would produce in the same period. The CD contains 63 minutes of music, featuring 15 minutes of original music.
New sequencing and control its new.
An 8 page booklet CD with booklet in English by Frederic Gimello-Mesplomb.
