In 1947, she was the only woman composer chose RAM to be apprenticed to the newly engaged J. Arthur rank of learning scheme, who taught the art of film music.?The films represented here range from drama (Danger to the Public, boys in Brown, Mantrap, three cases of murder) and the "boys Own" adventure yarn men of Sherwood Forest in pictorial informative documentaries (East Anglia vacations, Royal travel).
